Adult Volunteer Opportunities
Adult volunteers play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the shelter.
Tasks may include:

Dog walking and exercise

Socializing cats and kittens

Cleaning kennels and animal areas

Laundry and general shelter support

Assisting with fundraising events

Sorting recycling donations
Volunteer Requirements
Must be reliable and follow shelter rules and safety guidelines
Orientation or training may be required for some tasks
Must be at least 18 years old

Youth Volunteer Opportunities
We welcome young volunteers who are passionate about animals. While some shelter tasks require adult supervision, youth can still make a meaningful contribution.
Age Guidelines
Under 16 years old: Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Ages 16–17: May participate in volunteer activities with written parent or guardian permission
