Support the Animals at the
Weyburn Humane Society
The Weyburn Humane Society relies on the kindness and generosity of our community to provide care, shelter, and second chances for animals in need. Every donation helps us provide food, medical care, shelter, and love to the animals waiting for their forever homes.
Because the needs of the shelter change quickly, monetary donations are the most helpful. Donations over $20 are eligible for a charitable tax receipt. There are several ways you can support the animals in our care, including online donations, e-transfers, recycling programs, and in-person contributions.
Every gift — big or small — helps give animals the care they deserve while they wait for a loving home.
You can donate in the following ways:
E-Transfer
Send an e-transfer to weyburnhumanesociety@outlook.com.
Please include your name, phone number, and mailing address in the message so we can send you a donation receipt.
In Person
Donations can be made at the shelter between 1:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
By Mail
Cheques can be mailed to:

Recycling
Donate your recycling to us at the Weyburn Sarcan Depot, or have Randy come collect your recycling for you! Visit our Recycling Program tab for details.
Other Ways to Help
In addition to financial donations, there are many other ways to support the animals at the shelter.
Supporters can contribute to our veterinary account at Prairie Animal Health Centre, helping cover medical treatments, spay and neuter procedures, and emergency care for animals in need.
We also gratefully accept gift cards from stores such as Real Canadian Wholesale Club, Prairie Sky Co-op, Wal-Mart, and PetValu, which help us purchase supplies for the animals.
We sometimes accept item donations like food, blankets, toys, and cleaning supplies. Because our shelter has limited storage space, we ask that donors check with us first to see what items are currently needed.
